Once in awhile all drag our butts for a little bit. A lot of times all we need is that spark and push again.
Finding motivation and getting motivated can certainly be hard at times. But there are ways to achieve the mental mindset of being motivated. Reading some motivational quotes and/or listening to positive music can help. I have also read that music played in a Major scale versus a minor or flat scale promotes happiness over sadness. I think we can all agree not very many of us are very productive when we are sad. When we are uplifted and full of a joy a lot of things get done in a day! At least that’s what i find. So in this section I will post some motivational materials. I hope you all can benefit from these as I have.
I agree with you 100% whenever I’m sad and I go to work I feel mentally exhausted and extremely unproductive as a result of this. We all need to find ways to motivate ourselves when we are feeling less than spectacular. I will be looking forward to the motivational materials that you will be posting in this section.

Very true, we all need help or as you call it a little push to get motivated. I find listening to some upbeat music helps me. I have a suggestion of my own, what I do is also type in YouTube motivational and watch what comes up, I am always motivated by the end of my video watching session. There are some really good videos to help you stay motivated. Thanks.

You’re so right, finding motivation can be a challenge at times. I’ve been unmotivated for half a year and because of that my online business didn’t progress very much. Now that I’m over it I wish I’d have the motivation then so that I could work more and achieve more faster.
At least now I’ve found motivation again and I’ll be able to do it from now on.

Getting in the right mindset is often a major hurdle. And I agree, listening to the right music can help lift the desire within oneself to achieve more. Quite right,
I find that music has a big impact on my mood. When I am feeling down or annoyed I have a certain playlist I will listen to in order to cheer me up.
I also find that speaking to people who know me best can also cheer me up and make me smile

A little thing I learned about music. Listening to music played in a major scale, regardless of words has a very positive effect on the brain versus music played in a minor scale.

You are absolutely right sometimes we do need a little push and at others a big shove. I find stress derails me completely. Not only that it takes me awhile to pick up and get going again. Do you have some advice that will help me at least recover more quickly? Getting scammed is something that will knock people down and make it hard to get back up again and I think your site is great and doing a lot to keep people informed about what scams are out there.

As for stress. Well, this is a killer in so many ways. There are many things online you can find to help cope with stress. Practice letting go. Maybe go for a walk. Meditation and also talking to a professional. I am not a Doctor. But I can tell you from some of the books I have read. “Stress kills” is no joke. Not just a figure of speech, but a statement written in “blood”; so to speak. How to Stop Worrying and Start Living A book I have given away twice now. I have a digital copy for myself, as I can not seem to keep a paperback copy in my house ever! I highly suggest it. It is a very good eye opener. If you have read it. Read it again.
If you can knock away the stress you can prevail with out a problem. Mind over matter!
